Red Seal Zinc, B6 and Magnesium provides 9 mg of Zinc, a principal protector of the immune system - the body's natural defence against colds, infection and disease. Zinc is a component of numerous enzymatic reactions in the body and is a factor in reproductive function, bone and joint metabolism, wound healing, carbohydrate metabolism, and the health of hair, skin and fingernails.
This combination with Magnesium and Vitamin B6 assists the immune system, hormones, skin, the cardiovascular system and prostate health. Zinc is particularly well absorbed in combination with vitamin B6.
These two together with magnesium make a supplement which is well suited to certain particular health problems including: maintenance of the health and correct development of foetus during pregnancy, premenstrual tension, pain, and fluid retention, infertility problems of men and women, depression, nervousness and insomnia, spasms, twitchings, cramps, epilepsy and Parkinsons Disease. Each Tablet Contains:
Zinc Sulphate 25mg (Elemental Zinc 9mg)
Magnesium Oxide 50mg (Elemental Magnesium 30mg)
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 25mg

I have spinal compresions frombone marrow cancer (Multiple Myeloma) I was having night cramps despite all the Medication I was on. This ZINC B6 Magnesium taken 2 by 2 daily has completley stopped the cramps.
