My wife and I have used this product for about 15 years with excellent results. We use it as a protein source to balance carbohydrate rich meals. It has only a slight taste,does not conflict or overpower the prime ingredient and mixes very well. In times where prices have been steadily rising this product has stayed the same for as long as we can remember. An excellent product!!
