I have used this product with great success to help with my depression (among other things). Was recommended to me to balance out my blood sugar to help mood swings and help recover from mental exhaustion (not the whey or wheat protein, as that releases sugar too fast compared to the soy). i prefer the vanilla. note: to avoid yucky lumps, half fill glass with water, THEN stir in the powder in one direction until dissolved, THEN top up with milk. Any other way and it clumps up ;)
