Each Capsule Provides:
Calcium ß-Hydroxy ß-Methylbutyrate 500mg
Formulated without: Added yeast, gluten, lactose, dairy, flavour, colour, artificial sweeteners, soy, egg, fish, corn, preservatives.
Adults take 2 capsules, three times daily after food, or as directed.
If required, 2 capsules maybe taken in the morning followed by 4 capsules, two hours before a workout.
