NO lactose, starch, wheat, yeast, artificial colour, flavour or preservative.
Take 1 capsule with meals or 30 minutes before exercise.
Do not exceed a maximum of 3 capsules daily.
Taking later in the day may cause insomnia in sensitive individuals due to the caffeine content.
Not suitable for those under 15 years or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Each capsule contains approximately the amount of caffeine contained in one cup of brewed coffee - reduce dietary caffeine intake while taking this product.
Not recommended for those with caffeine-sensitivity, diabetes or those on anti-depressant medication.
