Dosage:
Serving size 25g (3 level scoops)
Daily: Up to 3 serves per day.
Shake the container before use.
Shake or blend 25g (approx 3 level scoops) in 200mL of water or low-fat milk until mixed. If preferred, fruit or yoghurt can be blended with your shake. Measuring scoop is provided.
