Taking Phase 2™ immediately before a starch-rich meal helps to reduce the action of amylase, the enzyme responsible for breaking down starchy foods such as bread, rice, potatoes pasta etc, into smaller sugar fragments, which provide energy to the body. Starch Stopper can help reduce up to one third of the available calories from the starchy foods you love, and contains no harmful drugs or stimulants.
