Adults:
1 - 2 serves daily, with food.

After trying a few supermarket brands I tried Nutra Life Thermo Trim Max and have been using it regularly for over 12 months. I have also inspired others to use it as it tastes by far the best of any other meal replacement shake. And it played an important part in 20kgs of weight loss and now weight management. None of the others I've tried come close to its delicious flavour, it's like a soft creamy malt milkshake.
