As the human body cannot produce all the vitamins we need to function, the best way to source these nutrients is through a well-balanced diet. While vitamin supplements cannot replace a healthy diet, which should include plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, for certain people adding a natural supplement to their diet may help with specific nutritional deficiencies.

    I love Biobalance and their vitamin c is no exception. I really appreciate that it has Magnesium Asorbate and Calcium Asorbate which seems to make it a well rounded supplement. Any time I'm feeling under the weather I take some and viola! I feel better in no time. It's a little unpalatable but that's not a problem for me.

    I just want to praise this supplement again. For 8 months I have had raging pms so bad in fact I'd tell my partner to leave every 4 weeks. For a week we could not talk or make decisions and I'd be a blubbering mess all the time. This is my second cycle on them and my periods due in 2 days and I feel amazing just a little on edge but I'm reasonable not unreasonable, erratic, angry, and hateful like I was previously. The GP wanted me to take anti depressants to help me. So glad I tried this before went down that route
