Multivitamins Info

Within our everyday lives, we are subject to an array of factors that can impact our nutritional needs; things like stress, fatigue and the lack of time to prepare healthy meals. A well-balanced, natural health multivitamin and mineral supplement could be a great foundation to support your overall wellbeing.

Taking a multivitamin is a convenient way to top up the nutrients that may be missing in your diet and may help prevent deficiencies in essential vitamins and minerals that your body needs.

A broad spectrum of nutrients is necessary for physical and mental performance, so taking a multivitamin regularly may elevate energy levels, boost alertness and improve memory - especially if you’re feeling rundown.

Product Reviews

  • Excellent multi vitamin

    star

My husband doesn't normally take vitamins but has found this one really good since I ordered it for him to try. He works out at the gym and has a very physically demanding job, and knows that this good quality supplement is supporting him well.

  • sorbitol is not desirable in 'health tonics'

    star

Sorbitol is a poor choice of sweetener, as it is allergenic to many people & can cause bowel distress, even in 'healthy' people. Why not use something natural, like stevia, honey, or even sugar! Sugar is a much simpler carbohydrate & in a small dose such as in a couple of teaspoons of this product, is less problematic than sorbitol, a chemical product derived from corn starch, particularly if the sugar used is raw & organic! I cannot use this product for this reason & it is frustrating to me! It is also frustrating to see 'health products' being manufactured from cheap, unhealthy raw materials, rather than quality natural ingredients.

  • Review of MultiVitamin & Mineral Boost Capsules

    star

The price is less than I pay at the local pharmacy, the delivery service is every bit as good as you say it will be and I really like buying from a NZ owned company. Thank you and keep up the good work.
