  • keep swimming!

    star

I swim 5 times a week and my nails have always been very brittle, they used to break continually at the edges.
I think this was caused by the chlorine in the pool.
My daughter put me onto the Silica supplement and I have been taking it for over 2 months now.
My nails have gone stronger, they don't break anymore so I can have them longer, and they look healthy!
I now can show nice looking nails, and keep on swimming.
    good stuff!

  • No more dry skin

I've been using this product for 6 months and its great. My nails were the first thing i noticed - stronger and a better colour. I also suffer from cracked heels and while they haven't completely disappeared all my deep cracks have gone and there are a few light cracks left which are disappearing. Finally my frown line and crows feet have softened. I will keep using this product
