These softgel tabs are very good I certainly haven't burnt as quickly since I have been taking them. I think I must be on my 4th or 5th bottle now.

I am now on my 2nd bottle and have been very impressed with this product. I have not burnt while playing golf this year ( could be the fact that we didn't really have a summer!!) I am off to warmer weather very soon and will be very interested to see how my skin reacts then hopefully there will be no burning.

I have only been taking this product for a couple of weeks and, quite unexpectedly, have found excellent results with it already. My skin has become very susceptible to sunburn to the point that I spend a lot of time avoiding it (on reflection this may be due to a long-term health condition) which is very inconvenient as an active person. I have even got into the habit of covering up while hanging out washing, in summer. While I felt it was worth trying I wasn't sure if it would make any difference and, if any, I didn't expect any improvement to be evident for some time, as indicated by the information on the product container. I can be a bit lax with sunscreen because I hate being covered in sticky goop. In recent days I have twice been outside for one to two hours, while walking, with no sunscreen on. I would normally expect to be sunburnt from these outings, however this has not happened so I am blown away by the protection the product is offering already. I definitely recommend this product.
