Had dreadful tummy problems, bloating, loose stools, sometime couldn’t go at all! Almost reluctant to even go away on holiday as a change of diet would be a real drama. I’ve taken these once a day, in the morning for months now and everything’s almost all gone. Can go out for dinner, eat what I want (within reason) no real issues anymore. I’m willing to stay on these for life simply to get some freedom. Would recommend for any tummy/bowel upsets.

I had been trying to find one tablet with PRE and PRO biotics for a while! Also, one at an affordable price. I like this product for these reasons plus I really notice if I haven't been taking it for a while.

I have tried many pro biotics, but I find it hard to find ones with the pre biotics too! I found this product to be very effective with my tummy issues (and others) and I definitely notice a difference when taking it! This is my new regular pro biotic!

I am into my 3rd week of this product. I have various health problems, most notably chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis, requiring long-term methotrixate usage which I believe responsible for years of digestive issues. I have tried various things to no avail and due to the severity and long-term nature of the problem I have been taking 2 of these a day, rather than one.
I don't want to speak too soon but even though it hasn't been long my sleeping has improved and I am able to do more due to increased energy. This is a big thing for me as I have felt that the digestive problems have caused difficulty with getting optimum nutrition from my diet and caused undesired weight-loss, which along with the disease process has affected my energy levels. Seemingly it has given me better results than other things I have tried and I am assuming it is because of the pre and pro biotic combination. I hope others find the same benefits. Good luck.
