Directions

I haven't noticed a difference yet with going to sleep easier. Hopefully it will come as this is our first bottle. My children are not too keen on the chalky texture though.

Originally started buying these for my 4yo son as he would constantly blink, and both my children were difficult to settle down to sleep each night. Also my 2.5yo gets growing pains. After taking these they soon began to settle to sleep so well, and my sons excessive blinking stopped. After our 3rd, maybe 4th bottle we ran out for a few weeks and my sons blinking returned, ordered more and blinking gone again! They also love taking them, they love the taste.
