Children's Development Supplements

As most children's diets are relatively low in omega 3 oils, it is important to use supplements. Fish oils contain significant amounts of two omega 3 fatty acids, EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docasahexaenoic acid). Check out the Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acids article.

Product Reviews

  • Great product

    star

My children happily eat these. The youngest is a bit messy and has got some of the liquid on her clothes once or twice. When it dries in it absolutely stinks and takes a few washes to get the smell out. No issues with the thick casing, my children are 2 and 4. Haven't found another product with such high levels of EPA and DHA per capsule.

  • Tastes great

My kids love the taste of this sprinkled on their breakfast and it is yummy in a glass of water, or in a smoothie.
    Great product!

  • Not a fan

    star

My 10yr daughter thinks these are disgusting. I tried one and found the outer capsule very rubbery, the inner oil is OK but overall not very palatable. Will stick to Nordic Naturals
