For Australian customers, please allow some extra time for your parcel to arrive due to delivery delays in the Australia Post network.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery within New Zealand on all orders over $49 NZD. For orders under this amount, postage is just $5.90.
Recyclable Parcels
You can expect your HealthPost parcel to be delivered in lovely, recyclable paper packaging. Why we deliver in paper, not compostable bags.
NZ Delivery Times
Orders to most destinations within New Zealand are sent Mon-Fri on an overnight service and would normally be with you within 1-2 working days.
NZ Rural Delivery Times
For rural addresses in NZ, please allow for an extra 1-2 days for delivery.
Order Tracking
To track your order, simply enter your order’s tracking number on the NZ Post Tracking Tool. We’ll email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for collection by our courier.
If you don’t already have one you might want to sign up for a NZ Post account. It’s free and allows you to use these great services:
