Natural Makeup

As more people turn away from the toxic chemicals that threaten to overwhelm our planet, we increasingly seek out natural alternatives to the everyday products we use in our homes. Sadly, the majority of makeup brands on the market today have the potential to contain dozens of harmful chemicals that find their way into most people’s makeup bags.

New Zealand beauty companies such as Karen Murrell, Living Nature and Antipodes all produce cruelty-free cosmetic ranges with naturally-sourced, non-toxic ingredients that are safer for your skin. Choose from a vibrant range of Karen Murrell lipsticks, or myriad foundations, eye & lip pencils, eye colours and face products from reputable brands, and then take it all off again safely with a natural makeup remover at the end of the day.

With so many effective products available, it is easier than ever to create the look you want without the worry!

Product Reviews

  • Disappointing!

    star

I would not buy this product again. I find the bronze is subtle with a pink tone. I don't usually wear foundation so I find the matt finish not at all complimentary. It actually makes my skin look dry without a healthy glow. I was excited when I read that this product was on the market and expected it to give the skin a lift as a beauty balm would usually do. I love Weleda products ... but not this product!

  • Soft Moisturising and Mauve/Pink in colour

    star

Really like the feel and colour of this lippy. But it isn't a red!
This colour on me is a soft mauve/ pink and as a winter colouring I find it is neutral to go with a lot of things. But please dont buy it expecting red.
Soft and moisturising. Doesn't stay on too long however. But repeat customer here.

  • Nice but bright

    star

Definitely a bright pink but with dusky undertones. It's nice if you like a pop of colour but I'm saving this one for evenings out. Violet mousse and blushing pink are my pinky-nude go-to's for daily wear.
