Xylitol is the best sweetener I have tried
Definitely superior to other sweeteners in my opinion - its not too sweet, we have yet to experience any side effects such as diarrhoea and it works superbly wherever you would normally use sugar for taste. You cannot use it with yeast to raise bread because although it is sweet it does not have other properties which make sugar bad for you nor to make yeast work, but you can bake with it adequately. You never get that furry feeling on your teeth using this product. I like a sugar in my coffee and when I reverted back to raw sugar after running out of this product I could feel it immediately in my teeth and soon had the furry feeling back and needed to brush my teeth more frequently. I would recommend it to anyone who like me, can't fully give up the sugar, but want to avoid the associated health issues - especially regards tooth decay. Good price compared to Annie's Xylitol.
