Bone Broth has been made for hundreds of years by our grandparents and their grandparents due to its traditional history as a health elixir. Often referred to as ‘chicken soup for the soul’, our broth contains naturally occurring nutrients such as B Vitamins and Zinc. Leading busy lives can make it hard to find time to make broth from scratch. Our Chicken Bone Broth powder is ready in seconds, as tasty and nutritious as homemade and easy to take on the go! Our Chicken Bone Broth is naturally loaded with essential vitamins, such as Zinc & B12. We have ensured with great care that our Turmeric powder is of the highest quality with a 5 % curcumin content for potency.
How is Bone Broth made?
Chicken bones are added to filtered water and apple cider vinegar (to maximise nutrient extraction) then slow cooked for over 12 hours. The broth is then strained for impurities and the fat is skimmed off the top. It is gently refractance dried into a powder, taking care to preserve the nutritional profile.
Manufactured in a facility that also processes products containing eggs, fish, shellfish, soy, lupin, tree nuts, and sesame.
Add: 1 small tablespoon (8 g) to 250 ml of boiling water for a hearty cup of goodness. Makes: 3.1 litres depending on desired strength.
Use as a base for soups, stews, sauces, and gravies for nutrition and taste.
Make a broth bowl by adding 1 serve of bone broth to 250 ml water per person.
Bring to the boil and add a selection of veggies, protein, and noodles.
