  • Seems to work

    star

I bought those capsules after doing a 14-day detox cure. They recommend to take probiotics (this brand in particular) for a month after the cure. I didn't have specific issues with my bowel after finishing the cure. tI took one capsule every morning before having my breakfast. Probably because I don't have any issue, I cannot really say if the capsules helped me with my digestion. But I would say that I didn't feel any discomfort (even after eating a bit too much during the festive Christmas season). It's probably good to do a one-month cure every couple of months.

  • Essential for Crohns sufferers

    star

I discovered in September last year, that I have the nasty inflammatory disease of the gut called Crohns.
This was treated in hospital to start with, but after returning home I had to try to control it with prednisone, and at times, antibiotics. Since I started taking Go Probiotic 75 Billion 1-a-day capsules my gut has been very much better. No need to take prednisone or antibiotics now (so far, so good)
I ran out two days ago. OOps!
The only down side to this product is the price. But better from Healthpost than anywhere else.
