  • Easy to take capsules

    star

I've always used maca powder before, which limits my intake, especially when travelling. These veggie capsules make it easy to swallow and the gelatinised (not containing gelatine!) version means I'm getting all the nutrients in a condensed form.

Have been taking maca for 3 weeks to help sort out my endocrine system. It seems to be helping with some weight loss, increased energy and generally feeling better. I am taking 3 capsules in the morning

Well, I will say I was my own experiment, did a lot of research and then bit the bullet. This product is fantastic!!! Within 2-3 weeks I started noticing the difference. I have thyroid issues (plus other issues at 51) But I tell you, this made me feel 'lifted'. I feel energized and younger, so much healthier than what I have in years. I just mix it into a wee amount of water and down the hatch. Now Im being honest here, what it smells like (grass) is what it tastes like, but its over n done with and for the benefits you receive its a no-brainer. You get used to it quickly and we just need to put our big pants on and get the job done because the pay off is terrific. 2 final words...'Do it'!
