    I've made my own chocolate with this organic cacao mixed with coconut oil and cocoa butter, and it's delicious - not bitter at all. I also put a teaspoon in a cup with boiling water as a hot chocolate before bed - no added sugar or anything. It makes a lovely hot drink. I'm just about to buy my second jar.
