What are Super Foods?

Super foods are nutritional 'powerhouses' - nutrient dense whole foods rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes and other nutrients we need for optimal health and well-being. They are generally packaged into supplement form while in a largely unprocessed state. This is because they're stand-alone nutritionally balanced foods, and typically just need to be dried or powdered for human consumption.

The range of super foods available is extensive and includes spirulina, chlorella, wheat grass, barley grass, bee pollen, royal jelly, kelp, acai, goji berries, chia seeds, maca root and many more. Each super food contains its own specific blend of naturally balanced health enhancing nutrients.

    I am putting this into my smoothies each morning - I don't notice any additional taste which is great. I'm not sure whether I am noticing huge differences - I was taking it for tiredness. Will continue with it as think every little helps for overall wellness and anything that can support a busy lifestyle, easily (which this is, just throwing into my smoothie) is a win.
