Aids with metabolism of chromium mineral for treating hypoglycemia.
I have found lecithin oil valuable for years. Back in 1985 I started taking chromium for low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). It worked but after taking it I was geting a very slow heart rate and my heart felt painful. I read a lot to find out that the chromium was showing up a lack of something else. That is why I was geting these pains. I read further to try and find what this lack was. There was symptoms caused by lack of several different nutrients that looked the same as my symptoms, so I did not know at first what would work. I found that choline and inositol came together in liver function with glycogen which was produced from glucose. That helps with regulation of blood sugar. So most of the evidence pointed to choline and inositol lack. I took these and they did enable chromium to work properly for hypoglycemia with no heart pain. After that I found it cheaper and just as effective to take lecithin oil capsules because they contained large amount of choline and inositol.
