still has all the benefits of cacao, but the give added benefits and tastes awesome. highly recommend it. Some days I feel a bit down so I have cacao and it gives me the needed boost to my brain, also I can tell when I haven't had cacao in a drink as I feel sluggish. I mix a teaspoon in a mug with boiling water, then add a little rice milk, and it tastes loverly. you can sweeten it with most sweeteners but some times I put baking marshmellows in.
