I took this supplement for months, religiously taking every night to help with my insomnia and restless legs. Quite by chance when I had run out I took a solgar magnesium supplement instead.........Unbelievable difference!! No restless legs and I slept for 8 hrs!! First time in 2.5 years. And this has continued on for at least 6 wks on the solgar product. Magnesium glycinate is supposed to be THE superior form of magnesium. Supposed to be best absorbed. I dont think this preparation is all it says it is. Certainly didnt work for me and I couldnt reccommend them.
