This must be an Australian product that relies on warm weather to keep it soft. .It's been cold here and I have great difficulty getting it on to my fingers let alone to my Armpits!!!! It's so hard (like a rock). Is there a secret as I love the ingredients and really want it to use it but just can't budge it?
BLACK CHICKEN RESPONSE:
As we don't use any additives and Axilla is 100% natural, the consistency can change with the temperature. So it can be softer in summer months and harder in winter - just like how your coconut oil hardens and softens over the seasons. Its best to keep it in a warmer room as bathrooms tend to be cold in the depths of winter. To warm the product you could use the pad of your finger to warm an area and then scrape the product out with the back of your fingernail. This should do the trick, but if you're still finding it too difficult you could soften the product by placing it in a bowl of warm water, just halfway up the side of the tub. Once it has softened, take it out and try to keep it in the warmest room of your house so it won't harden again.
