"I've been using Olive Leaf extract for 10+ years. It's my 'go to' Immune booster for whenever we get any cold or flu symptoms - If we do get sick, we don't stay sick for long. This is also a powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial. In liquid form it can be bitter, just mix dose with orange juice, my kids like it with sarsaparilla. In the past I have taken too much (not this brand) and felt dizzy/light-headed as it can cause low blood pressure - something to be aware of."
