"I found out was allergic to this particular lions mane - I was advised to stop which I did. Strange because I can eat most mushrooms but apparently you can have allergies to certain types. Shame because I know this would have been great for my brain !"
"I find taking these in the morning with my coffee helps me throughout the day with my focus and productivity. It also helps me manage stress (avoiding getting a cold/run-down) when taking regularly.
