Less visits to the Chiropractor
I had been taking encapsulated form of Magnesium from time to time to help bring sleep on more easily after busy days. I had heard recently, a guest on Crrow777radio who was advocating Vit C and Magnesium as the (if you only had two supplements to take - take these) method. So I decided to try a powdered approach to magnesium. I was overdue for a Chiropractor visit (doing stretching for sciatica and feeling twisted and unaligned) due to work hours I was not able to get there for 3 months, in fact, I still haven't been...since taking this magnesium morning and night, my body seems to have relaxed from day to day stresses and strains enough that I no longer feel the need to make that visit, that was using only a 1/4 to and 1/8 of the scoop provided twice a day.
