Healed running injury
After taking a long break from running due to knee pain brought on while marathon training, I tried taking these to help alleviate the lingering pain. After several weeks the discomfort I felt around the 30 minute mark of a run was gone. I by no means think that these alone cured the pain; time and strength training also helped, but I feel certain that they contributed. I would recommend trying them for nagging joint pain. As a side note, glucosamine alone was not effective for my injury.
