This is a nice sprout
"This is a nice sprout mix - do read the instructions though. Due to flaxseed /linseed in the mix it needs extra rinsing - alot."

Description
Goodlife Organic Zen Mix Sprouting Seeds is a mix of Alfalfa, Red Clover, Flax, Rocket and Fennel sprout seeds. Great for everyday eating and a good blend of nutritious seeds that are just a bit more adventurous than plain sprouts.
The fennel seeds in Zen mix makes this sprout mix a great pairing with fish and pork dishes, particularly good with salmon.
