Each tablet contains:Hydrolyzed marine collagen 100mgZinc (as amino acid chelate) 15mgVitamin C 25mgBiotin 1300mcgCalcium (as calcium citrate tetrahydrate) 25mgVitamin A (500 IU) 173mcgGrape seed extract equiv. dry 100mgAlso contains: Tabletting aids, Colours.
Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

  • Do not use this product if allergic to seafood, pregnant or breastfeeding.
