Description

Life Extension Super Omega-3 features a premium, pure, fresh fish oil, derived from sustainably harvested cold-water Alaska Pollock and processed within hours of harvest. It has earned the International Fish Oil Standards’ highest 5-star rating, exceeding industry standards. 

The superior formulation is inspired by the heart-healthy Mediterranean diet and contains olive extract, sesame lignans and natural lemon flavour to support the beneficial action on cardiovascular and cognitive health. 

Fish oils contain the omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA which present the active ingredients responsible for the many health effects of fish oil. 

DHA fatty acids are naturally unstable fatty acids which limits their effectiveness. To enhance stability and effectiveness of DHA, sesame lignans are added to this formulation, which results in advanced health effects for heart health and cognitive function.

Directions

Adults: Take 2 softgels twice daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
