Mad Millie Kefir Culture can be used to make milk, juice or coconut water kefir. Kefir is a popular and delicious fermented drink, using bacteria and yeast, which is healthy and great for you.

Precautions
  • The kefir culture is shelf stable for 10 months. However, Mad Millie suggest storing cultures in the freezer when you receive them in order to prolong the life of the culture.
  • Store below 25C.
