Matakana Superfoods Organic Lion's Mane Mushroom Powder: Lion's Mane is a mushroom species which supports mental clarity and focus.
Matakana Superfood's organic lion's mane is produced using dual extraction, cold water propriety technology to ensure bioavailability of key compounds from the fruiting body. A ratio of around 12kg of dried mushroom is used to produce 1kg of bioactive lion's mane powder.
Compared with other general extraction technology, the use of low-temperature wall breaking + fractional precipitation technology retains nutrients and various biological activities in the beta-glucan component of this mushroom.
