Mix this with fruit juice (needs blending well) to get a great antioxidant boost. I make smoothies with cranberry juice, Red 8 protein powder (unflavoured) a little Stevia (not strictly necessary) 1 heaped tsp Antioxreds, and a handful of frozen berries e.g. raspberries. Blueberries are fabulous. Use blender; it froths up well. Wonderful brekkie on the run.
