"I was taken back by the scent when I first opened the packet, I found it really strong & when reading the ingredients was surprised to see it had added parfum. Also Levulinic acid (classed as ""relatively nontoxic"") & Sodium Levulinate which is derived from levulinic acid. The cosmetics database does find this ingredient to be an irritant even at low doses. So depending on your skin sensitivities I would be cautious when using these."
The only wipes we use. . .
"After carefully reading the ingredients of lots of supermarket wipes, I always return to these ones. They are thick and strong so you can use less to clean up a mess. A nice subtle scent. These are the only wipes I really trust to be chemical-free!"
So far no nappy rash. . .
"I've been using these for 3 months now and my little one has had no problems with nappy rash or anything like that. I don't even use the tui bee balm everytime - although it is wonderful too, we really don't seem to need it - these wipes seem soothing and protecting enough with the apricot oil in them. I like the smell - its nice and not overpowering like the Huggies type ones."
