Nature's Sunshine Berberine is an Indian plant used for centuries to support normal-range glucose and cholesterol levels and a healthy metabolism.

Berberine has also been shown to support healthy gut biome and gut barrier.

Nature’s Sunshine Berberine is sourced from non-GMO Indian barberry root from the Himalayan Mountains and adjoining hill country where the altitude and potassium-rich soil create a perfect environment. Kosher and Halal certified.

Each serve (1 vege cap) contains:Berberine (Berberis aristate) 333mg (extracted from Indian Barberry root)Other ingredients: Vegetable capsule (hypromellose, water), cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide 
Directions

Adults take: 1 vege cap before a meal, three times daily.
