Each gummy contains:Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 12.5mgBiotin 1.25mgdl-alpha-Tocopherol Acetate (Vitamin E) 7.5mgZinc (as Sulfate) 2.5mg                        Also contains: glucose, sucrose, purified water, glycerol, vegetable oil, gelatin, citric acid, raspberry flavour, colour, medium chain triglycerides. Contains less than 2.5g of sugar per daily dose on average, this complies with HealthPost's Sugar Policy.
Directions

Adults and Teens: Take 2 gummies per day.
