After a severe case of shingles that lasted so long, and putting up with the nerve pain for over a year, I started taking 2 capsules of oregano oil (with breakfast and dinner) per day (passed a lot of parasites) as well as hemp seed oil before bed to help me sleep at night. I also use hemp seed oil during the day if needed. Both are working very well at keeping the virus and pain to a bare minimum or none at all. I still have to be careful with what I eat as some inflammatory foods like chocolate/sugar, chemicals in food etc trigger the nerve pain. Eat real food!
