This helped with my hormone

"This helped with my hormone regulation but it also helped a little too much with my bowel movements as well haha I had to stop using because it was giving me diarrhoea 🥲"

Amazing

"I have taken so many different types of magnesium. So far this is the best to aid sleeping. Even if I'm up middle of the night the nights I take this, I tend to fall asleep again easily. And no drowsiness in the morning. I really really like this product. Came on here to repurchase and thought review this"
