Each capsule contains:Ashwagandha 80mg (equiv. to withania somnifera dry root 2000mg)Valerian 40mg (equiv. to valeriana officinalis dry root 240mg)Magnesium 550mg (from magnesium amino acid chelate)Hops 10mg (equiv. to dry flower 350mg)Tart Cherry 25mg (equiv. to dry fruit 625mg)5-HTP 40mg (from griffonia simplicifolia)Also contains encapsulating aids.
Directions

Adults: Take 1-2 capsules daily.  Preferably with food. 
Precautions
  • Warning: This product contains Valerian. 
  • People on prescription medicines check with your doctor first. 
  • May potentiate the effect of hypnotic medicines. 
  • Care with driving and operating machinery.  
  • Do not use if the blister foil is broken.  
  • Not suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.  
  • Keep out of reach of children.
