Claudia's passion lies in inspiring others to have a more holistic and integrative approach to health. She runs educational seminars and short courses both in person and online.
What areas of natural health are you most passionate about?
My passion lies in cultivating a healthy and loving relationship with one’s own body and mind. I love supporting people of all ages to learn how to do the same. I am particularly passionate about the topic of stress and women’s health (PMS, happy hormones, energy, sleep).
What top tip would you share with our community to create healthy habits every day?
Have your morning coffee after a balanced breakfast which includes carbs, fats and protein. This is key to support stamina and focus during the day.
Tell us about your favourite morning mindful practice?
Taking 1 minute to step outside barefoot and stay in the natural light. This supports regular circadian rhythms, regular sleeping patterns and stable energy.
