Why are you passionate about supporting others with healthy habits through nutrition?

I wholeheartedly believe in the incredible power of good food and nourishment. That's why I'm passionate about empowering others with knowledge and practical tips to make positive changes. We all deserve to thrive on our wellness journeys whatever they may be.

What ingredients/foods are always well stocked in your pantry?

You will find all the usual goodies in my pantry, but some of the things you will never see me without are greens or spirulina powder, an assortment of different nuts and seeds (and nut/seed butters), matcha powder for my ritual afternoon matcha late and a bone broth powder for nourishing stocks. But don't be mistaken, I also love my morning cup of coffee, can't resist freshly baked bread slathered with butter and there is always a stash of sweet treats. It's all about balance.

What are your top tips for someone who wants to get more nutrition into their day?
  • Embrace wholefoods: By consciously choosing whole food options you are nourishing your body with an array of important vitamins, minerals, fibre and antioxidants. Strive to prioritise whole foods on your plate, and you'll be on your way to enjoying meals that are abundant and nutrient-rich.
  • Add supportive supplements: Supplements serve as a valuable support system, allowing you to target specific nutritional needs. With a tailored approach, incorporating supplements into your routine, you can conveniently and consistently target areas that may benefit from extra support.
  • Focus on balance and moderation: Strive for a balanced approach when it comes to food and wellbeing. Instead of trying to get everything perfect all at once, starting with small positive changes to your routine will help you to build good habits without feeling overwhelmed. It is important to make sure that your goals are achievable while also making sure you are doing something you enjoy. It takes time and dedication to form healthy habits, so don’t get discouraged if you slip up. Life can be unpredictable. Take it one day at a time and stay motivated.
