We offer free delivery within New Zealand on all orders over $79 NZD. For orders under this amount, postage is just $7.90 NZD.
We offer free Tracked Economy delivery to Australia on all orders over $99 AUD. For orders under this amount, postage is just $9.90 AUD, with a targeted delivery of 4-10 days. If you'd prefer faster delivery, upgrade to Courier Select for an extra $2.00 AUD.
We dispatch Monday-Friday, closed on public holidays and anniversary dates.
NZ delivery times
We aim to dispatch all NZ orders before 1pm Mon-Fri on the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm are expected to be dispatched the following working day. As soon as your order has been packed and dispatched we will email you with your parcel’s tracking number to track with NZ Post.
We’ll keep you updated about the status of your parcel so you know when it’s with NZ Post and when it’s out for delivery. Thanks for your patience while our team process and pack orders in a safe way.

Order tracking
To track your order, simply enter your order’s tracking number on the NZ Post Tracking Tool. We’ll email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for collection by our courier.
If you don’t already have one you might want to sign up for a NZ Post account. It’s free and allows you to use these great services:

- Redirect your parcel to another address
- Redirect your parcel to a NZ Post pick-up point
