need to keep this in the house. I Have IBS. when my motions get too lose I always try this first and it usually settles. rather this than some Diastop or such.

I have Irritable Bowel syndrome IBS. when this troubles me which is not very often, in preference to taking chemist diarrhoea stop medications, I always try Folic Acid first. it usually acts well. not very often do I take a second tablet :) settles my gut well.
