Description
Absolute Essential Orange Sweet (Organic) is a warm, cheerful essential oil that can be used to help support a positive outlook and complement harmony, courage and emotional balance. 

It has a range of cleansing, healing and tonic properties that support general body and skin care and repair. And an uplifting, fresh aroma that makes it popular in natural cleaning blends. 

The Orange originated in a region encompassing Southern China, Northeast India, and Myanmar. They can grow up to 5 metres tall and are one of the most cultivated fruit trees in the world. They prefer to grow in tropical and subtropical climates. This cold-pressed rind extraction is a very popular ingredient in perfumes, skincare and cleaning products.

Ingredients

Citrus aurantium (Rind, cold pressed, certified organic, South America)

Naturally occurring constituents: Limonene, Myrcene, alpha-Pinene, Linalool.
Directions

For topical use:Blend with a carrier oil before applying to the skin, 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil (i.e. almond, apricot, jojoba.)

For diffuser or vaporiser:Add 4-8 drops of essential oil as per instructions of device.

Harmonising atmosphere: Add 10 drops to a diffuser. Enhance effects by blending 4 drops of Orange Sweet, 3 drops of Lemon and 3 drops of Cedarwood Atlas. Repeat as required.

Stress:Add 10 drops to a diffuser. Enhance by adding 3 drops of Bergamot and 2 drops of Sandalwood. Repeat as required.

Sleep: At night, add 5 drops of Orange Sweet, 3 drops Lavender and 2 drops Cedarwood Atlas for a good night sleep.

Balanced emotions:The scent of Orange Sweet creates an aroma to balance emotional sensitivity, especially during pregnancy and the phases of the menstrual cycle. Add 10 drops (more...)
Precautions
  • Never ingest essential oils.
  • Never use them undiluted on your skin.
  • If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health professional.
  • Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • All essential oils should be blended in a carrier oil before applying it to the skin. 
  • Never use essential oils topically on babies under 3 months old (except under the guidance of a qualified therapist). If using topically with children, halve the amount of essential oils used (e.g. 2 drops per 10 ml).
  • Avoid continual repetitive use - not more than 4-5 days in any week, unless in severe circumstances or under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
  • May be irritating to sensitive skin.
  • Citrus oils may increase photosensitivity, do not use before exposure to the sun.
