Description

Absolute Essential Ylang Ylang (Organic) is an intensely sweet, uplifting and exotic essential oil. It has delicious, languid tones that can be used to encourage an intimate atmosphere for healthy sexuality. 

As a relaxing oil, it can also be used to support mental quiet and a conscious move to let go of frustration or tension. Its scent can add sensuality and depth to perfume blends. 

Also known as the cananga tree, Ylang Ylang is a tropical tree that is native to India. It's a fast growing tree reaching heights of up to 12 metres and its signature yellow blossoms are prized for their potent fragrance. Cananga odorata formagenuina is an ingredient in the world renowned Chanel No. 5. 

Fragrance notes:

Exotic notes of custard, jasmine, banana, bitter orange, honey and spice.

Blends well with:

Sandalwood, Jasmine, Lemon and Lavender True.
Ingredients

Cananga odorata formagenuina (blossom, distilled, certified organic, Madagascar)

Naturally occurring constituents: Germacrene-D, trans trans alpha-Farnesene (3E,6E-alpha-Farnesene), beta-Caryophyllene, Linalool, Geranyl acetate, Benzyl benzoate.
Directions

For topical use:Blend with a carrier oil before applying to the skin, 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil (i.e. almond, apricot, jojoba.)

For diffuser or vaporiser:Add 4-8 drops of essential oil as per instructions of device.

Positive outlook:Add 3-5 drops to a diffuser or to a bath to infuse a luxurious scent that nourishes the senses and allows fresh creativity and optimism to surface.

For sexual intimacy:Ylang Ylang is a renowned sexuality and intimacy support for men and women. Add 5 drops to a diffuser, the bath or massage oil. It is important to use the recommended amount for this purpose. A few drops can create a good atmosphere for sexual desire, however too much will support relaxation and sleep.

Calm:Add 3-5 drops to a diffuser or to a bath to bring the body and mind together in quiet relaxation.
Precautions
  • Never ingest essential oils.
  • Never use them undiluted on your skin.
  • If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health professional.
  • Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Never use essential oils topically on babies under 3 months old (except under the guidance of a qualified therapist). If using topically with children, halve the amount of essential oils used (e.g. 2 drops per 10 ml).
  • Avoid continual repetitive use - not more than 4-5 days in any week, unless in severe circumstances or under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
  • Can cause headaches and nausea if used excessively.
