Biohoney Multifloral Manuka Honey 50+ is blend of other types of honey. This honey meets the MPI standard for Multifloral Manuka honey.
Each batch is expertly selected from the South Island of New Zealand. This honey has a distinctive flavour with notes of damp earth and heather.
Multifloral contains manuka honey MGO 50+ which is a much sought after honey for its unique properties and used traditionally for more than just food, it contains methylglyoxal (MGO). Found in most honeys in only very small quantities but in Manuka Honey the level of MGO can be up to 100x higher. Biohoney manuka is tested for its methyglyoxal content at an independent laboratory.
